The creation Brut(es) offers a stripped-down choreographic vision that immerses us in what is essential. Authenticity is the core of the piece where the audience, like the dancers, is placed in the center of the action. K.R.U.M.P (Kingdom Radically Uplifted Mighty Praise) grounds on stage its non-standard physicality, its raw energy, and its music. The intentions behind each movement are paramount, the “spirit” is omnipresent.
“We dance from what we carry, and it is important to acknowledge that this is already enough…”
Our traumas, victories, failures, and aspirations remain personal, yet they call for the collective. Between dogs and wolves, the performers—both vulnerable and monstrous—address their music and their truth, favoring substance over form within a mastered space..
